Tracy Lewis
Hi, I’m Tracy!
Life is complicated. Relationships, identity, sex, family expectations, career changes, and figuring out where you fit in the world can all bring challenges that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what's next.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I work with adults navigating life's challenges with curiosity, honesty, and compassion. My practice is particularly focused on supporting women through life transitions, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, people navigating sexual concerns, and those in both traditional and non-traditional relationship structures. I especially enjoy working with women who find themselves at a crossroads—whether that's a career change, relationship shift, becoming a parent, navigating an empty nest, exploring their identity, or asking themselves, "Is this the life I actually want?"
I also have a particular passion for supporting people navigating ethical non-monogamy / polyamory. Whether you're opening an existing relationship, managing jealousy and insecurity, improving communication, creating agreements that actually work, repairing ruptures, or exploring whether non-monogamy is right for you, therapy can provide a space to navigate these conversations with greater confidence and intention.
Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a space where you don't have to explain or defend who you are. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have.
I support clients experiencing:
Anxiety and stress
Life transitions and personal growth
Sex and intimacy concerns
Relationship challenges
Self-esteem and identity exploration
2SLGBTQIA+ concerns
Polyamory and ethical non-monogamy
Women's issues and major life changes
Therapy isn't about becoming someone different, it's about understanding yourself more fully and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.
