The collective is not responsible or liable for how individual counsellors use AI, handle personal or clinical information, or implement their own privacy practices. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the counsellor they choose and to ask them directly about any AI use or privacy practices.

Important: The clinic itself does not collect or store clinical or counselling records. Clinical information is handled directly by the counsellor you choose and is stored securely by them (e.g., via Jane App or another secure platform).
