When it is appropriate and with your informed consent, I offer the option to combine talk therapy with various body-focused, energy-based, and intuitive techniques for deeper understanding, profound healing, and greater whole-ness.

This is where it all began! Having accumulated 20+ years' experience as a Clinical Reflexologist, Usui Reiki Master & Trainer, Access Bars® Practitioner, and Ayurvedic Head Massage Practitioner, I am able to offer a choice of hands-on modalities for healing of body, mind, and soul.

 Knowing that you are the expert on your life, I am here to truly support you in the creation of a more meaningful, joyful, and fulfilled experience. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, gentle space in which you can share, explore, heal, and grow without judgement or expectation, and with the perfect balance of gravity and belly laughs.
